TITAN Spine and Sports Medicine

Here at TITAN Spine and Sports Medicine, we use various Therapeutic Exercise and Neuromuscular Re-Education programs to help people who have been involved in a sports, work, or auto injury, or post-surgery, to function more efficiently in their daily lives.

Active rehabilitation will be added to your treatment plan Chiropractic and HydroTherapy. We have protocols for headaches, neck pain, whiplash, sciatica,  back pain, and upper and lower extremity pain .  These protocols utilize some of the most recent research on spinal rehabilitation along with some of the most up to date techniques.  Our program consists of stretching and strengthening programs, core stabilization, and sensorimotor training.
